Join the Creative Factory
Creative Factory is a new private leadership community for brand creative directors and designers.
Our Purpose
The purpose of our community is to help creative leaders grow in their careers and navigate a path to executive roles, board seats, and leading cultural institutions or government agencies.
Our goal is to help organize the shared learning. We know peer-led sharing of pain points, communal benchmarking, and accountability is one of the best ways we can keep innovating. Ultimately, this group is for you!
Apply now to join other design leaders from top organizations, including Spotify, Shake Shack, Chobani, NASA, Cannondale, HIMS, Hearst, Flatiron Health, Roblox, Clay, Paramount, The Aspen Institute, Downtown Music, and more.

FAQs
How much does it cost?
The leadership community is free for founding members. As the community expands, we may add a nominal membership fee.
What is the criteria to join?
Creative Factory is specifically engineered for design executives and creative directors from brands. These can include Fortune 1000 companies, notable start-ups, cultural institutions, and government agencies.
How do I refer someone to the group?
We love a referral. Tell your design executive peers who meet our criteria to apply by emailing us directly at community@thecreativefactor.co or feel free to apply on their behalf.
How complicated is it?
It’s low lift (and high value). Our site has all the resources, takeaways, and content from our calls and emails. We will also launch a community group on a platform like Slack or Discord. Other than that, it’s more lo-fi than you think. It’s real connection with experts and world-class creatives who have great advice.
Why is it called the Creative Factory?
It is the worst name that our Partner Tucker came up with and we have selected it to punish him. Only half joking. If you have a better idea, we’re all ears.
What is the Future of Creative Factory?
It’s more than a Slack channel. We’ll be launching:
Local happy hours and member meetups in certain U.S. cities
Individual 1:1 introductions and conversations
A job board for posting new roles
Rules and Responsibilities
You want in? Then you got to show up.
We require all members to join at least one call per quarter. You’ll also be able to participate in our private online community discussions. During our launch phase, we’re also encouraging each member make time for a monthly one-on-one with a thought partner in the group.
